Haldor Topsøe has announced an improved catalyst preparation technology. In hydrocracking pretreatment and high-pressure ULSD services, the catalyst exhibits 40% higher activity than its predecessor. The higher activity can be used to:
Achieve longer cycles at the same feed rate
Process tougher feeds
Increase conversion to achieve lower product sulfur
Increase throughput.
