One confirmed dead in Pemex refinery explosion

Pemex suffered an explosion at its Cadereyta refinery outside of Monterrey, Mexico.  Reuters is reporting that Pemex confirmed a worker died in Tuesday’s explosion.  A Pemex press release attributes the explosion to a compressor leak within the gasoil hydrotreater unit.  In late July, there was also an explosion at a Pemex refinery known as the Francisco I Madero.
