Sur, S.
is a lead consultant with the Oil and Gas group of the Energy and Resources business unit at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He has over 28 years of experience across procurement and commissioning of hardware and software, ERP implementation, LPG operations, marketing of polymers, as well as operations and marketing of natural gas, industrial solvents, propane, LPG, silicon wafers, and chemicals. Prior to joining TCS, Mr. Sur was with GAIL India Ltd., which is the largest natural gas processing and distribution company in India. He has anchored several strategic consulting assignments for leading midstream oil and gas companies. Mr. Sur holds a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar, and a Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi.
