Keyuan Petrochemicals completes $20.3 million private placement
Keyuan Petrochemicals, Inc. has closed a private placement financing with institutional investors with gross proceeds of $20.3 million to fund the purchase of raw materials for its petrochemical production facility.

Eastman expanding 2-EH capacity at Longview facility
Eastman Chemical Co. plans to expand 2-EH capacity at its Longview, Texas, site. The expansion will increase capacity by approximately 32,000 metric tons and will include a 4,500 metric ton debottleneck in October of this year for a total capacity increase near 37,000 metric tons.
