The pipelines and metering stations comprise a Houston-area olefins distribution system transporting ethylene and propylene from Channelview, Texas, to Equistar's storage terminal at Mont Belvieu, Texas, and facilities in Deer Park, La Porte and the Bayport Industrial District in Pasadena, Texas.
