TransCanada to build $1bn gas pipeline in Mexico
The Calgary, Alberta-based pipeline company said the deal includes a 25-year natural-gas transportation service contract. It said the El Encino-to-Topolobampo pipeline will have contracted capacity of 670 million cubic feet a day and is expected to be in service in the third quarter of 2016.

The facility would initially have a capacity of 5 million tpy, but it will be expandable, according to John Z. Tomich, Noble's country manager for Cyprus. The new LNG plant could handle growing gas volumes from the Eastern Mediterranean region as well as additional production from Israel.
NGL profitability weakens amid rising US supply

Air Products says the new industrial gases venture complements the company's existing presence in Saudi Arabia, noting that it also has nearby offices in Doha, Qatar, and Dubai and works closely with the Middle East region's petrochemical, gasification and refining industries.
Höegh LNG orders new FSRU at Hyundai shipyard
The vessel will be able to operate as a floating LNG import terminal, as well as an ordinary LNG carrier, according to the company. The floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) will be delivered in the first quarter of 2015. Specifications will be adapted to comply with project requirements.
