INEOS commissions new pilot line to co-develop recyclable flexible packaging films
INEOS Olefins & Polymers Europe has become the first polymer producer in the world to successfully commission a new pilot line that it will use with customers to co-develop recyclable flexible packaging films. The multi-million Euro investment could help to prevent around 1 MMtpy of waste from being sent to landfill.
Lufthansa to raise fares as environmental costs increase
Lufthansa will add an environmental charge of up to €72 ($77) to its fares, the airline group said on Tuesday, joining at least one European rival in doing so as the industry battles to cover the cost of new EU rules on reducing emissions.
