US chemicals producer Huntsman said Wednesday that it signed a license agreement with Chinese chemicals manufacturer Yantai Wanhua Polyurethanes for the production of propylene oxide (PO) and methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) - a co-product of PO.
