Petrobras starts third train at Sabalo natural gas processing plant in Bolivia
Petrobras said Monday it has started a third train at the Sabalo natural gas processing plant in Bolivia, part of an expansion at the country's San Antonio exploration block. Total investments for the second development phase will be about $300 million, the company added.

HB Fuller has completed the acquisition of the global industrial adhesives business of Forbo Group, the company said on Monday. The unit generated approximately $580 million in revenue for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2011 and operates 17 manufacturing facilities in 10 countries.

BP shuts down Alaska oil processing hub after fire
BP said late Thursday it has shut down an oil-processing center at Alaska's Prudhoe Bay oil field, following a fire. No one was injured and the fire extinguished itself, according to the company.
