The Wingate facility includes rail loading and offloading capabilities and storage facilities in addition to NGL fractionation capability. The transaction is expected to close in early October 2014.

US to allow exports by Louisiana’s Cameron LNG, Florida’s Carib Energy
The Cameron LNG Terminal in Cameron Parish, Louisiana is authorized to export LNG up to the equivalent of 1.7 Bcfd of natural gas for a period of 20 years. Carib is authorized to export LNG up to the equivalent of 0.04 Bcfd of natural gas for a period of 20 years from a facility in Martin County, Florida.
