Arbulu, R. J.
Roberto Arbulu has more than 20 yr of experience in the delivery and optimization of energy, industry, technology and infrastructure capital projects with various owners worldwide. For many years, Arbulu has participated as a Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) instructor and a technical advisor at Stanford University’s Center for Integrated Facility Engineering. He is a member of the Gulf Downstream Association’s (GDA’s) Project Management Technical Committee and supports the Project Production Institute as an instructor. He earned a degree in civil engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and an MS degree in construction engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
