Analyzers are a key component of process automation and are usually associated with stereotypes such as high costs, intensive maintenance, complicated installations and operation, and doubtful reliability and accuracy.

Jitender Nasa is a Principal Design Engineer at Fluor Daniel in New Delhi, India. He has more than 27 yr of experience with companies such as EIL, L&T, Samsung and Fluor. His expertise includes bid support and proposal, FEED, detail engineering, procurement support, construction support, and services for oil and gas (onshore and offshore), petroleum refining and fertilizer projects, including 8 yr of offshore experience. At Fluor Daniel, Mr. Nasa is a subject matter expert for analyzers, materials engineering and control materials, engineering, measurements and packaged units.
Prashant Verma is a Control Systems Engineer at Fluor Daniel in New Delhi and has more than 10 yr of experience in the oil and gas and petrochemicals sectors. His experience involves EPC/FEED projects in offshore production; wellhead; injection platforms; floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) and pipelines; onshore refinery, petrochemical (HDPE, delayed coker, GOSP, SRU, ARU, etc.) and onshore/offshore pipelines. He handled detail/procurement engineering of process and CEMS analyzers during the design phase, and was involved in field engineering activities onsite for the KNPC MAB2 Clean Fuels Project.
