ExxonMobil begins drilling, construction on Texas oil recovery project
ExxonMobil said on Tuesday that drilling and construction have started on an enhanced oil recovery project at the Means field in Andrews County, Texas. Fluor reported a record backlog of orders on Friday, saying that new project awards in the company’s first quarter nearly doubled year-earlier levels.
