Shell restarts hydrodesulphurization unit at Pernis oil refinery after unplanned outage

Shell has restarted a hydrodesulphurization unit at its 400,000 barrel per day Pernis oil refinery in Rotterdam after an unplanned outage on July 19.

The outage was limited to Pernis' one hydrodesulphurization unit and remaining processing units continued to operate normally, IIR said.
Shell did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
