The 130,000-bpd refinery is seeking to process crudes with higher sulfur content, it said in an emailed statement.

It said its crude distillation unit (CDU) capacity will operate at 118%–120% of designed capacity, and the capacity of the two sulfur recovery units will be boosted to 130%.

The company said it is also seeking to process new types of crudes and produce new products.
