Penn Valley Pump completes sale to Ingersoll Rand
Penn Valley Pump Co. Inc. (PVP), a leading manufacturer of double disc pumps, has completed a sale of the company to Ingersoll Rand Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1980 and headquartered in Warrington, Pennsylvania, PVP has been developing, improving and manufacturing its Double Disc Pump™ line of positive displacement pumps for use in the municipal, industrial, chemical and food industries.
Through continuous research and development, PVP has created a wide range of solids-handling pumps that provide unmatched durability, reliability and performance.

Janney Montgomery Scott, led by James Adducci, Ben Jaworski and Kerri Kozol, served as financial advisor to PVP in the transaction and Barley Snyder LLP served as counsel to PVP.
