Proprietary ATR technology for large-capacity, ultra-blue H2. Oxidative reforming—auto thermal reforming (ATR) and partial oxydation (POx)—combined with carbon capture technology is a cost-effective way to produce low-carbon H2 at larger-scale facilities (above 600 kNm3/h - 2 GW single train) with up to 99% carbon capture rate.
Early this year, we launched ROXTM for Recuperative OXidative reforming, the most recent ATR based flow scheme combining ATR with our proven TPR(r) (Technip Parallel Reformer) technology and delivering significant performance improvements to the ATR only scheme.
ROXTM provides reduced feedstock and energy consumption with plant compactness resulting in optimized OPEX and CAPEX for lowest LCOH. Our solution combines proven technology with solid reliability, high efficiency and flexible carbon capture technologies, delivering best-in-class performance.
Industry-leading steam methane reforming (SMR) technology. SMR is well-suited to small- to medium-capacity facilities with unrivaled performance in more than 275 H2 plants. We can deliver top-fired reformers for H2 plants up to 300,000 Nm3/h (1 GW) in a single unit with optimized CAPEX and the lowest plot requirements without compromising OPEX.
