Westlake Chemical plant explosion injuries five

Five people were injured in an explosion at the Westlake Chemical petrochemical plant in Sulphur, Louisiana, late on September 27. The explosion was reported late Monday night. 

The fire has been extinguished, and the cause of the explosion is under investigation. According to reports, the fire started on an ethylene plant that was undergoing maintenance.
