Exxon Baytown refinery production unaffected by shut Houston channel

Production at Exxon Mobil Corp’s 560,500 barrel-per-day (bpd) Baytown, Texas refinery was unaffected by a closure of the upper Houston Ship Channel because of a protest by Greenpeace USA.

The Baytown refinery is the fourth largest in the United States and Exxon’s largest U.S. refinery.
