Fire breaks out at Lukoil's refinery in Russia's Urals

A fire broke out at a refinery of Russian oil producer Lukoil in Russia’s Urals region of Perm on Sunday but has been extinguished, local emergency services said in a statement.

There were no injuries, they said.
