NAPCON has changed operator training with their dynamic operator training simulators and launched an operator training game for the process industry last autumn as first in the world.

The gamified training tools of NAPCON Games can be combined with traditional operator training methods to maximize the training benefits and improve operator training.

"We have several customers, who are in the progress of introducing NAPCON Games to their operator training. We have received feedback that these training games are a great way to train, especially for the younger generation and to recruit new operators", says Mika Neffling, Sales Manager, NAPCON Games, Neste Engineering Solutions.

NAPCON Games Furnace training game has several carefully designed features. The game is interactive and engaging, making training very effective.

Sophisticated scoring systems and constant feedback enable the operators to track their progress and study their areas of improvement. Scoring systems also give the trainer a possibility to view areas of improvement and plan training accordingly.

Modular architecture allows setting up an optimal training path with a series of tasks varying difficulty and scope. This enables operators of all levels to have challenging training sessions.
