India's Bharat Petroleum plans $3B petchem plant near Mumbai

MOSCOW, (Reuters) - Russia energy ministry said its officials have met the director of Sri Lanka’s General Trading Co and discussed a project of oil refinery in Sri Lanka.

They also talked about the possibility of Russian oil and gas exports to Europe.
