Angolan crude exports to rise in Dec, W. Africa offers steady
LONDON (Reuters) — Angolan crude exports are scheduled to rise in December, a loading program showed on Monday, while offers of remaining November cargoes were heard to be holding steady.
ANGOLA
Crude exports are set to rise in December to 49 cargoes from a 13-month low of 47 cargoes in November, a preliminary program showed on Monday. The total could end up being closer to 51, a trader said.
There are about 10 November cargoes left and offers were heard to be unchanged from Friday. Exxon was then offering Pazflor at dated Brent flat and BP was offering Dalia at around the same level.
NIGERIA
Statoil was offering Usan on a delivered basis at dated plus $1.65.
The Bonny Light loading program for November has not been issued and force majeure is still in place.
TENDERS
Uruguay’s Ancap is running a tender that could take West Adrican crude, a trader said, and Taiwan’s CPC was expected to issue a buying tender this week that could also absorb West African barrels.
Indian refiner MRPL bought a cargo of Agbami from Statoil in its tender last week, a trader said.
Indonesia’s Pertamina appears to have bought regional grades rather than West African crude in its tender last week for December-delivery crude.
