Gulf Publishing Company welcomes our new Global Events Director
We are pleased to announce that Victoria Pope has joined Gulf Publishing Company as our new Global Events Director. Victoria will be based in the company’s London office and will oversee a portfolio of 14 events in the global upstream, midstream and downstream markets. She will be working closely with our information brands Petroleum Economist, World Oil, Hydrocarbon Processing, and Gas Processing.
Prior to joining the company, Victoria has worked in the events industry for the past 12 years, responsible for strategy and management of global event portfolios mainly in the downstream oil industry but also for financial markets. Victoria has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the oil business with strong relationships across the industry and from all regions.
Based in London, Victoria will lead all Petroleum Economist hosted events and Houston-based Gulf events with staff, including Melissa Smith, Events Director, reporting into her. Victoria will report to John Royall, CEO and President.
