Bechtel to upgrade Texas refinery for ExxonMobil

Bechtel has been awarded a contract to upgrade the ExxonMobil refinery in Beaumont, Texas, where the company will apply ExxonMobil's proprietary technology to increase the production of motor fuels.
Bechtel has already begun design work on the Beaumont refinery upgrades. Construction is planned to start in mid-2016 with targeted start-up in 2018.
