Foster Wheeler announced Monday that Italy's Eni has renewed its existing framework agreement with Foster Wheeler for two years.
Under this agreement, Foster Wheeler provides basic design and front-end engineering design for Eni's downstream, upstream, power and petrochemical projects around the globe.
The projects are undertaken by five Eni business units: ENI Refining & Marketing, ENI Exploration & Production, Enipower, Versalis and Syndial.
Foster Wheeler has worked with Eni companies under a range of frame agreements for more than 15 years, according to company officials.
Foster Wheeler said it plans to record bookings as work orders are received under this agreement.
