Chemtura inks antioxidants supply deal in China
US-based specialty chemicals producer Chemtura has signed a long-term supply agreement with Tianjin Lisheng Chemical of PR China for production of Chemtura’s thioester antioxidants.
Under the agreement, Lisheng exclusively supplies Chemtura with thioester antioxidants in all regions outside of Northeast Asia.
“Tianjin Lisheng Chemical Co. has proven expertise in the manufacture of high-quality thioester antioxidants and can support future growth through its new, backward-integrated production facility,” said Peter Smith, president and general manager of Chemtura’s Antioxidants & UV Stabilizer business.
Chemtura’s thioester antioxidants line includes the NAUGARD DSTDP, NAUGARD DLTDP and NAUGARD DTDTDP brands.
