CB&I has FEED contract for Sohar refinery in Oman

CB&I has been awarded a contract valued in excess of $40 million by the Oman Refineries and Petrochemical Company for the front end engineering and design (FEED) and project management services for the Sohar refinery expansion project in Oman.
The project will increase the capacity of the existing Sohar refinery from 116,000 to 187,000 bpd by installing various clean fuels units, as well as increasing capacity and debottlenecking existing units in the refinery.
