Baker Hughes, Intertek sign global cargo services alliance
Baker Hughes has formed a strategic alliance with Intertek Group plc to provide cargo treatment additive services to the global petroleum industry. The alliance offers a fast and effective spectrum of services for fuel and bulk cargos to meet trade specifications with the extensive additive treatment services from Baker Hughes and Interteks cargo inspection, testing and technical services.
The alliance provides expert solutions combining inspection, testing and additive treatment services. Capitalizing on the extensive worldwide infrastructure and communication networks of the two organizations, the alliances global footprint enables rapid service response and brings added value to petroleum cargos at refineries, terminals and ports across the world.
The alliance offers Interteks global testing and inspection operations network with the Baker Petrolite Prepared to Respond (P2R) services infrastructure of strategic additives inventory, self-contained pumping systems and highly trained engineers.
