Uhde Inventa-Fischer wins contract for PA-66 plant

Huafon Group has chosen Uhde Inventa-Fischer as supplier for its latest project, a PA-66 plant to be built in Zhejiang Province, China. Huafon Group is the biggest producer of polyurethanes in China. The plant will have a capacity of 40,000 metric tpy and will use Uhde Inventa-Fischer’s proprietary polyamide 66 batch process. The plant for Huafon includes batch polymerization, continuous AH-salt preparation and continuous SSP. Uhde Inventa-Fischer’s scope of supply and services includes the license, the basic engineering, supply of equipment and supervision of the erection and commissioning activities.
