He studied chemical engineering at Tianjin University, the National University of Singapore and Delft University of Technology. He also holds an MBA degree from the University of Houston-Victoria.

Xueling Feng is Process Manager at Sulzer GTC Technology based in Beijing, China. She has more than 20 yr of experience in the refining and petrochemical industry, specializing in operations and process engineering design for paraffin isomerization and extractive distillation units. Ms. Feng graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology with an MS degree in physical chemistry.

Baode Sun is Technology Manager at Sulzer GTC Technology based in Beijing, China. He has more than 20 yr of experience in the refining and petrochemical industry specializing in startup, technical services and troubleshooting for paraffin isomerization and extractive distillation units. Mr. Sun studied chemical engineering at Tianjin University in China and the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Timofey Karpenko is the Chief Technology Officer for SIE Neftehim in Krasnodar, Russia. He has more than 15 yr of experience in the refining and petrochemical industry, specializing in the development and implementation of gas catalytic processes, scientific support and revamping operating facilities. He graduated from Kuban State Technological University with a degree in Chemical Technology of Natural Utilities and Carbon Materials.

Ekaterina Demidova is the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for SIE Neftehim in Krasnodar, Russia. She has more than 16 yr of experience in the refining and petrochemcial industry, specializing in process simulating, technology development and implementation, technical and economic assessment and catalyst production. She graduated from the Kuban Institute of International Business and Management with a degree in Management in the Oil and Gas Industry.
