The Khurais producing department (KhPD) consists of four oil trains: each oil train is responsible for receiving, stabilizing and purifying the crude oil from the wells by removing sand, water, gas and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) contents to make the oil ready for use and shipment to refineries.

Faisal Al Dossary is a Saudi Aramco Consulting Services Department Engineer. He joined Saudi Aramco working as a reliability engineer in the Khurais Producing Department, and worked as a rotating equipment commissioning specialist to support the ongoing Khurais increment project before joining the rotating equipment division of Saudi Aramco Consulting Services Department. Mr. Al Dossary’s experience includes reliability programs, troubleshooting, equipment design improvement, project management and commissioning. Abdullah Al Turiki is a Khurais Producing Department Technical Advisor with more than 15 yr of experience in rotating equipment. He joined the company as a machinist and then focused on rotating equipment after joining the reliability unit as a technical advisor. Al-Alshaikh, T. - Saudi Aramco, Dharan, Saudi Arabia
Tariq H. Al-Alshaikh is a Senior Engineering Consultant for compressors, expanders and steam turbines for Saudi Aramco. He joined Saudi Aramco’s Consulting Services Department in 1991, and has been working on multiple projects and troubleshooting field problems. Mr. Al-Alshaikh holds an MS degree in fluid dynamics from the University of Southern California. He also teaches short courses on compressors and steam turbines to engineers.
