He is now Deputy General Manager and heads a team implementing software solutions (APC/simulation/RTO).

Shashikant Shukla graduated with a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Rourkee, India in 1995. His areas of expertise include
plant operations, troubleshooting, personnel management, plant commissioning and process engineering. He is now involved in setting up one of the daily operations of a crude distillation unit and an H<sub>2</sub> generation unit.

Kondapalli Shreya is a Chemical Engineer from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India. She has more than 23 yr of experience in energy conservation, plant commissioning, process engineering, process design and APC. She was instrumental in the installation of a top divided wall column, and the production of a petrochemical as a byproduct from a unit designed for maximizing Euro 4 equivalent gasoline production.
