Addington, F.
Fred Addington serves as Principal of Corrosion Technology and is PinnacleART’s foremost corrosion subject matter expert. In this role, he is responsible for training, advising and disseminating technical knowledge to PinnacleART’s project teams. His areas of expertise include corrosion and metallurgical analysis, corrosion control and monitoring, material selection, hydrogen permeation technology and mechanical integrity. Mr. Addington is a member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) and has held various chair positions on technical committees. In addition, he has published multiple papers for NACE. After serving in the US Navy, he obtained a BS degree in metallurgical engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso.
