He previously held senior technical and executive positions with PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Co. Ltd., and is a renowned refinery expert with more than 30 yr of refinery and ethylene production experience. Mr. Tang is a petrochemical engineering graduate from Fushun Petroleum Institute in China.
