Marco van Son, P. Eng, is the Technical Manager of the Jacobs Comprimo Sulfur Solutions group in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, which specializes in all aspects of sulfur block design and operations. He has more than 20 yr of experience in the oil and gas industries, mostly in sulfur technologies. He holds an MS degree in chemical engineering from the Technical University of Eindhoven in the Netherlands, and an MS degree in refining, gas processing and engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs in France.
