Ashraf Ayoub is the Senior Director for the Dow Houston Engineering Center (HEC). Mr. Ayoub joined Dow Chemical 1980 as an Instrument Engineer. Subsequent roles included Instrument Section Manager, Construction Manager, Sadara Construction Director and President of Dow Engineering Co. Mr. Ayoub holds a BCh degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University, and he is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas.
