Garris, J.
is the vice president of engineering and construction for Coffeyville Resources Refining & Marketing in Coffeyville, Kansas. He has been with the company for seven years and has more than 25 years of project management experience, primarily in process, pipeline and refining projects, with a total project background of managed work in excess of $5 B. Mr. Garris has a BS degree in civil engineering and an ME degree in applied mechanics from the Colorado School of Mines.
