Dr. Gaither has more than 28 years of experience in company operations, regulatory compliance, management consulting and process safety/risk management. He has led organizations at site, division and corporate levels to achieve record safety performance, significant cost savings and external/internal recognition for accomplishments. Dr. Gaither is a trained expert in HAZOP and SIL/LOPA facilitation, and the Chevron RISKMAN2/IHAZID process. He is also a trained and experienced PHAST user.
