Schaffer, C.
Chad Schaffer is an Associate Process Instrumentation and Controls Engineer in the Process and Industrial Global Practice at Burns & McDonnell. He has implemented projects for clients in the refining, midstream, chemicals, biofuels, gas processing and power generation industries. Mr. Schaffer is a senior member of AIChE and ISA and a member of the API 556 Controls Subgroup. He also serves on the Center for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS) Technical Steering Committee. He received his BS degree in chemical engineering from the University of Kansas in 1996 and is a registered professional engineer in multiple states, as well as a certified functional safety expert (CFSE).
