Zhen Hou has worked in composition and kinetic modeling of complex systems for more than 20 yr and serves as a Principal Engineer at Aspen Technology to develop refinery-wide models for both conventional and unconventional oils. He holds a PhD in chemical engineering from Rutgers University.
